2 ONIONS
1 CUP CELERY
2 CUPS POTATOES
1 CUP CARROTS
4 CUPS STOCK
1 TSP. SALT AND THYME
PEPPER
SAUTE ONION AND CELERY IN BUTTER.
ADD STOCK.
ADD POTATOES, CARROTS, SALT, THYME AND PEPPER - COOK UNTIL TENDER.
ADD FISH AND COOK.
ADD MILK AND CREAM.
HEAT BUT DO NOT BOIL
